IWantYourLove 1,420
If this wasn’t coming from a woman who so viciously warped the expectations of what is ‘acceptable’ for women to look like within modern beauty standards, I’d think it was pretty cool. My problem with this is the fact that it’s something women NATURALLY have and it’s criticised and called ‘dirty’, yet it’s somehow acceptable and cool when you’re paying a fortune to have a fake version of…? Like I LOVE the old merkins a few high fashion designers did on runways a few decades ago because it didn’t give off the same unsettling/hypocritical vibe that this does. There’s something kind of uncomfortable about this particular scenario. It feels very ‘it’s couture and desirable if you’re paying a big famous plastic celebrity for it, but it’s disgusting if you grow it naturally for free’, simply because of how against ‘naturalness’ her brand has always implied it is best to be.

Alxjcgn 691
Unrelated to the pube undies but I was watching parts of what I am guessing is a recent interview and she was talking about Kanye... I lost more respect for her because while I can understand how debilitating it can be to struggle through a relationship like that, she managed to still make it materialistic and not as in-depth as she could. A lot of them (The Kardashian sisters) have really been through some horrific **** and I get that money can maybe make it easier to move on... but I am officially sick of seeing them use the same tone and approach when discussing REAL issues in interviews where if they showed their true emotions, it could resonate so much more for so many others. 99% of the population doesn't process/talk about emotions in the way they do publicly... and I understand it is tricky to be vulnerable but at what point are we actually gonna see these women get vulnerable (when it isn't for a segment on their show)? I've always been a fan of theirs from the reality show aspect and admired the way they have built empires from public attention... but I no longer can "stan" I guess because I just don't buy it anymore. I want to see Kim honestly talk about those experiences and not worry about the camera angle or her makeup... Sorry if this seems like a ramble or not applicable to this post

Exactly! "Being natural is an accessory" was the only vibe I got from this...
