It have been updated to 900M and her fiance is worth 600M. So yeah she's already a billionaire technically.

It's leaks, not official reports but imdb is a reliable source. I think Gaga's team don't want this to be very known so that's why maybe some sites reporting 300M.

Having 300M is already a lot. Billionaire or not they're all very rich if it's your concern...

I’d wager that a few of those close names already are but haven’t bothered to report their net worths (like Beyonce who has been widely speculated to have already crossed that threshold). I feel like these days it doesn’t really help your PR to say you are and if you’re not ego driven in that particular manner then better just to keep quiet
