Franch Toast 27,282 Posted October 10 Share Posted October 10 TMZ and a couple of other publications have basically confirmed there will be a Sphere residency (supposedly 6 shows) in May and June, and the Sphere advertised a giant orange with a fly on it on their social media (which pays tribute to the famous Tragic Kingdom album iconography). As for the MAGA allegations, the guys are most definitely NOT MAGA. Tom, Adrian, and Tony consistently speak up for various progressive causes. I'm sad about Gwen, but she's not the entire band. Also, I actually don't think she's MAGA. She fundraised for Obama in her house alongside Michelle Obama, she and No Doubt played for the Obama White House, she and Blake played for the Obama White House, and she and Blake have visited the Biden White House. She has never done anything for the Trump White House, nor has she ever posted pro-MAGA content on her social media. She is, however, religious and follows some sketchy folks on social media, and she's a wealthy and naïve white woman from Orange County who likes to cosplay as people from other cultures. Right now she's cosplaying as a trad wife. Hopefully being around her bandmates will do her some good and bring out the rad punk girl whom I hope is still inside her.
