Ive come to assume when people say dark they are just referring to born this way

songs like electric chapel, bloody mary, marry the night, heavy metal lover, or even teeth from tfm. Those heavy sounds that produce gothic imagery with the church bells but also the theming of the lyrics

Disease is an amazing an a glow up comparing her two previous lead single. The music video is such a great video as well. Especially for horror fans

Fans consider it as bad just because it flopped that's it.

speaking as a w/hole, I never really connected to it as a listening-from-start-to-finish kinda album. There is a lot of greatness on it, but it doesn't really work for me as an ✨alBOOM✨ idk, don't hate me.

I've personally liked everything up to TDD but that's for a kids show so lol just not for me and that's chill. I'll say most of Mayhem isn't all that dark imo, but it does have a certain 80s gothic horror flick flair that's fun! Though imo this era has been the most widely praised since ARTPOP and BTW

I disagree because this fan base hasn’t been as united as we were for Abracadabra in a loooong time. We were definitely very satisfied as a fan base IMO. 

Disease was also rather loved on release no? Commercial performance aside I think it was very well received critically and by the fans. The video was kinda warm received but Disease is definitely a more loved lead single than Perfect Illusion and Stupid Love

I love DarkGa, I love JazzGa, I do not care much for TikTokGa. Dead Dance is a fun song, but it doesnt feel as genuine to me as most kr her other work because its made to be a TikTok dance hit. Things dont work that way and I think people see through it, her fans especially.

Disease was instant love for me. Cannot wait to hear it live.
