Which rarely works, and never works when its so blatantly done. But also - outside of the US, nowhere really cares about Halloween. Its a massive US event, but even in similar countries like the UK - people go out on the closest Friday/Saturday night to Halloween and the gays throw a harness on and pretend their a vampire. But that's about it. Like, I live in a cul-de-sac in a residential suburban area by a playing field and we have a shitload of young kids around. Lots of people are saying they are just happy to get more content.
