Gives a delusional plastic vibe that everyone is in love with her. States she isn’t hurt yet writes a song about it which ironically goes on to weaken the theming of her album and help it look like a conceptual mess. Presents all of Charlis (alleged) shortcomings publicly as if she is at some sort of moral high ground.

I lost all respect for Taylor, Charlie made herself vulnerable in SIAK, it was NOT a diss to Taylor, it was actually complementary in many ways.

She got loads of hate and crazy fan responses at the time - its likely the inspiration for But Daddy I love him on TTPD. 
Her PR team went into overdrive - she did the random ass collab with Ice Spice that everyone hated, they were never seen together again and then they split up a few weeks later. 
I think there ended up being no long term impact because they split up and it became quickly obvious it was an acrimonius split up. 

But honestly, even Matty Healey and the 1975 came out of that entire PR disaster somehow alive and smelling of roses meanwhile people like Rina Sawayama were treated like attention seeking psychos. So yeah, whatever PR teams handled that entire period need a ****ing payrise for what ever satanic sacrifices they pulled off.

I mean, the lyrics are clear that this is about other things that went on behind the scenes while they were both dating members of the 1975 and not just SIAK. So sounds like you don't get it. 

But yeah, it's immature and could have lived on the cutting room floor.
