Tracks from a previous year’s album are eligible to be submitted as long as the track was not submitted before and the album did not win an award. ‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT’ didn't win last year.

For Best Pop Solo did they pick Disease, Abra or Vanish? 

Did they submit Killah for Best Duo/Group? 

Did they they submit Harlequin for Best Album Cover? Or only MAYHEM?

I feel like, sadly, they probably didn't submit disease due to how it performed on charts. The only Mayhem song they probably sent was Abracadabra.

Yes. Mayhem came out this year, so it can be nominated. In Billies situation the album came out in the previous year, but the single was released in this years elegibily period

What an odd rule. There are plenty of albums where promo has extended through enough years for different singles to be nominated at multiple Grammy events. It would be really dumb if this were the reason to not get a nomination for Abracadabra.

Guys, stop panicking. Billies album was released in the eligibility period of last years Grammys. Wildflower was on that album, and because the album didnt win, singles released during this years eligibility period are possible to be submitted. Mayhem came out in this years eligibility period, so everything from it can be nominated, except of DWAS, which was released the prior year
