Charlie Kirks memorial has caused a massive Grindr outage in Arizona. The gay dating app was flooded with reports of it being down, and location services all pointed towards his event. This is the second major conservative event that has caused a Grindr outage following the RNC last year.

I like to think Grindr had predicted this since every MAGA/Republican event causes a swarm of the blank DL profiles, but they chose to not prepare their servers as a way to clap back (no pun intended- nobody was getting clapped that night because some people ruined it for everyone)

There may be some republican closeted people among them, but the majority are republican gays who worships Kirk and Trump, and that's is pretty alarming.

Nah they've always existed. Its why a major tactic of gay liberation became deliberately outing them and blowing up their careers etc. 

And then, they were forced out by the AIDS crisis and started to focus on trying to force respectability politics and assimilation on us all.

RuPaul warned us about this in a 2013 interview. He said that doors always open and close for civil rights. A lot of gays were conservative in the 1980s too.

The problem is that a lot of gay men can be (I'm LGBTQ+ myself) very stingy when it comes to how they are perceived. They want to be seen as normal, so they blame others for their issues. A lesbian pick-me went semi-viral recently for making a video where she was very upset and literally said "we might lose our marriage rights because of how trans people are behaving". It's a lot of victim blaming.

Trust me, I have had waaaaaay more problems with problematic gay men than trans people. So many of them will bait people into relationships when they actually just want to hook up (I've had this happen 2-3 three times). A lot of them are very misogynistic too. If people focused on real LGBTQ+ problems like these instead of the fake "trans people are predators" dogwhistle then we would be a lot happier.
