I really don’t get 80’s aesthetic from this album cover at all. With a different style of photography and editing it could have given more 80’s than this.

Also the pose is just not the best. It really feels like when they picked the most awkward photo of the bunch on American Next Top Model.

This heavily recalls the work of Jean-Paul Goude, who was huge in the 70s/80s and responsible for a lot of Grace Jones' album covers. Anyone saying it doesn't fit should look deeper than the more obvious references she's made. This is just as part of the world she's built as the other covers are.

Album covers in pop music are such a joke at this point   as someone here said recently for Swift, images used to be in a booklet and now we get a little pamplet with a picture and they spread the shoot through a 1000 variants leaving the album without an actual identity.

thats crazy. and ALLL i repeat ALL of the covers and variants are bad. they dont give album covers at all, they either give ESV, magazine shoot, or straightup bad 80s cosplay.
