I think you've been sold some kind of idea that's not actually the reality. The US is not even close to being the best healthcare system, and it's also not the top for mobility, being behind the UK and European countries. Either way, you will always have to get your license recognized in other countries (easy within the EU if you got it in Europe). I don't want to shatter your dreams but I can tell you that it's very unrealistic to think you'll get a very high paying job only because you got your license in the US. There's a lot of extra steps in between, probably even more than other countries.

no i was talking about my country specifically. that once you get a residency finished in the states you get the best jobs here.
