Half the conversation will be about whether or not a white woman should be playing her in the 21st century, whatever you think about her heritage is whatever, it WILL happen and the other will be comparing her to Liz Taylor’s performance. I remember the discussion about Naomi Scott who played Jasmine from Aladdin who's half indian half white and she was bashed because she was "too white" for the role. As much as I'd like to see her in cool roles like that, I hope it's not true. I love Liz Taylor as Cleopatra, and the movie should be rediscovered and not rebooted, whatever.
