Well clearly the list spans songs over at least 30+ years so its not like a recently made up chart but obviously looking at global streams and sales overtime...DWAS is a super hit with several reasons for its success and its doing wonders...even better than overrated Shallow

This been posted and discussed many times already.  

That chart is based on points from SPS units and radio globally. Only songs in the top 40 gain points, so it's about longevity.

Basically, it's based on recorded verifiable data (both physical/digital --all format). But, if we are considering estimates, biggest song of all time is White Christmas by Bing Crosby.
