I still hear it everytime I visit Jollibee (biggest fastfood in PH) and it's been 7 months since it became viral. I can see 10 year olds humming it while their mouth is full of fried chicken!! it's sooo cute. (tbf jollibee also has Disease & DWAS on its playlists) In my books it's Disease > Abracadabra > Vanish In Toyo If symptom persists, consult your doctor.
