not to be a little manager but I'd love to know how the video and rollout came to be

like we know that Netflix asked Gaga for a song, then followed up to ask her about a cameo... I wonder if part of Gaga's payout for her cameo (which is rumored to be HIGH) also included a stipulation that she release a video of her own (with their interests in mind) for the song to draw people back to the TV show and increase hype 

and perhaps gaga's stipulation in return was like "okay but no Wednesday clips in the video and this is going on my album on streaming" lol
