Why would she plan to film 6 videos from the get go, especially for very specific songs without even knowing what the public would think of them. Fun Tonight having a music video just sounds very fake tbh

You can tell from the way her “lore” for Chromatica worked with the map in the booklet, the way Bobby said it was the first time they’d financially invested in her so much since BTW, and the fact the pre-covid videos were playing into the lore of the “tribes” it’s pretty obvious she intended on making it as close to a visual album as possible. and there was like 6 tribes on the map so ergo she must’ve had 6 singles planned.

We know for a fact Free Woman was going to get a video AND be a single originally because they had scheduled it to be filmed b2b with Rain on Me once again with the same director (the person who leaked the title of ROM and the video concept and the fact she was even collabing with Ariana back in the day, confirmed this and I believe them) but because of lockdown it never happened. 
 

We know she had billboards, press interviews, talk show interviews, radio interviews and an Apple Music collab (I believe FW was gonna be an AM exclusive video) that even used free woman in a rather short ad they filmed pre-covid. But she ended up working with the World Health Organisation to raise money for PPE, and raise awareness and keep people’s spirits up at such a dark time. She even put those messages on billboards in 2020 that said “this billboard was supposed to promote my new album but…”.

im not saying Fun Tonight was gonna get a single treatment but SL, ROM, FW and SC were almost 100% gonna get singles and videos. She was even supposed to be a surprise Coachella headliner in 2020 with Ari and BLACKPINK as her guests. There were even scheduled to film a SC video as well whilst BP were in the US. They couldn’t do that so hence why it just got a lyric video.

This is all based on reliable insiders, an interview Bobby did after the pandemic and albeit some assumption, but very plausible assumption I’d say.

Wasn’t the rumour she just helped write some tracks not that she produced any and then when the album came out that rumour was debunked

No it was rumored that they produced some tracks together but it was false anyways

That’s sad, hopefully she works with more female producers in the future though id love her first album after becoming a mum to be entirely self written and produced with Co-production by all female producers
