None lol. Of course I’ve listened to all of them from start to finish at some point, even Joker soundtrack.

Honestly i think I never listened to Love for Sale in full. Not even once. I don’t like jazz. Not my thing. She’s great on it and her voice is incredible singing those songs. I went to the C2C tour it was a great experience but I just don’t listen to jazz by myself.

also I do skip songs from Joanne and Chromatica. Not the other albums. They’re masterpieces.

Given your issues with the rhythmic phrasing in HM, genuinely surprised the pre-chorus to The Queen doesn’t drive you up a wall (and I say this as someone who loves the song, btw) 🪦

What is HM?????????

edit: oh sht this is the second time today I forgot that songs existence

I became a fan during TFM, so I dont recall listening to the Fame in full. Except of the singles and Boys Boys Boys the album is boring. Also the Tony Bennett albums. Harlequin is a slay. But Joanne I always listen the first half only

Admit it. Which Gaga album(s) have you never listened to in full from start to finish?

For me, it’s cheek to cheek, love for sale, and harlequin AND MAYHEM BECAUSE I WILL NOT LISTEN TO DWAS

none because i'm a good fan :abra: i often listen to albums in full anyways, but even when I don't I ALWAYS do the first time i listen.

I still love C2C, never listened to L4S and I'm not interested, and only listened to Harlequin once and didn't like it, not even happy mistake or the joker :sue:

to be a gaga fan and not have listened to her main albuns is crazy specially if you're in ggd

I haven’t listened to albums in full from Cheek to Cheek to Harlequin. Those were rough years I’m sorry. I’m glad for Mayhem though.

I gave Love for Sale a chance but I skipped some songs half way through :laughga: I did listen to at least a minute of every song but I don’t know why I didn’t enjoy it like I did Cheek to Cheek and Harlequin :interestinga:

it's probably because all songs were written by the same writer so if you're not a fan of his melodies and writing style (like me), it wasn't as enjoyable as an album

that's fair, i'd also state that it's maybe not just the material but the material's suitability - for example, you love lady gaga's music but you might hate a cover album by myself singing the exact same songs simply because the way the material works with my voice doesn't work for you. i feel like in the jazz space gaga has often tried to honour the material by not adding too many flourishes etc., except on songs that allow for that naturally (like lady is a tramp), so maybe that's why. but personally i did feel like most of the songs on l4s lacked something from them, a spark, some dynamism. the melodies also weren't earworms, well known songs or crowd pleasers in the way that some of the songs on harlequin or c2c were imo

to push things further - i actually really dislike the "oh when the saints" song, it's not a song i like or enjoy much. but i still rate it higher than most tracks on l4s because at least it's a melody i'm familiar with enough to be able to sing along (even if i don't enjoy it that much) :cryga: on l4s the most well known song was the "let's do it" song and it's hardly as catchy as oh when the saints. harlequin also had songs like get happy, good morning and smile, and the lesser known songs were actually very catchy and creatively arranged too (and some of them weren't even jazz tracks). world on a string is a clear standout for me too. c2c was similar with very known songs like nature boy, anything goes, the lady is a tramp, and then there were other standouts like but beautiful, ev'rytime we say goodbye, that showcased really beautiful melodies and vocals from both singers. l4s lacked a lot of these types of songs imo
