idk Drop Dead sounds like a generator came up with it in that it’s just sooooo textureless whereas at first I was eh on Dead Dance but came around once I heard the sound described bc it gives more camo silly disco vibe and in that vein the name makes sense. I mean the album has a song called Zombieboy and half the songs (Abra, GoE, ZB, LD, TB) could be reworked into novelty pop songs of old with different production. So bearing all that in mind I don’t strictly speaking mind Dead Dance and think it’s a fun lean in to retro camp classics in a way only she can in popular music

the monster mash is exactly what it sounds like, so corny and childish

zombieboy is not on that level lol that's an actual title because of the song's story, not a dance move or action

Drop Dead is better. It doesn’t make sense to call the single Dead Dance when she already has Just Dance.
