I wish they would take a different approach to releasing his work tbh. They keep trying to release 20 or 30 year old songs as "new releases" for the charts or whatever.

If they poured a lot of love into a project that shows MJ's process as a gift to the fans, that would be amazing.

A lot of Dangerous recording sessions have leaked, I'm imagining them in a Dangerous anniversary release with a documentary styled look into those sessions, an album's worth of unreleased songs (which we already have tbh), and nothing changed in the interest of "modernizing" music that's already timeless.

I completely agree. His work gives me that sense of untouchable - not in a ****y way - but, I don’t know, his career and music are all so in another level of brilliance that modern touches are unnecessary.
