Does anybody know when artists can do this "Billions Club" thing with Spotify? I know The Weeknd and just recently Miley Cyrus did such special shows, doing an intimate concert playing all their songs with over 1 billion streams on Spotify. Miley's concert lasted around 30 minutes and there is also a concert film about it.

Gaga should already have enough songs to be honored this way, hasn't she?
