She literally said she's not the type releasing something that is old and just putting a '2' on it. And we need to understand she's not the type for this. Act 2 from 2013 will never happen.

Something tied to ARTPOP may happen one day though, but it won't feature old demos. She'll need time in studio writing and composing new songs for it. A fresh and recent vision of ARTPOP is the only thing we may get from her tbh
