Yeah, I also feel like no new singles are coming this far into the mayhem era. But let's stay delulu and hope she drops it as a gift for us and to close off the summer.

I love what we’ve gotten, but it’s just not enough or what the album deserves. Could have been the magnum opus, will end up being a small repeak.

Complicated answer: my hopes for another single decrease everyday, they have lost momentum on many songs (HBDWM, VIY, GOE), so although I wish for another one, I doubt it’s coming 

If there is indeed a new single, I think HBDWM has high chances of being it, however I don’t think being the encore song has anything to do with it, I think it’s just because it has become a fan-favorite song

My only issue is the lack of videos. She was THE music video girl in pop . 

She was the one who made music videos eventful in the late 00s/early 10s. Both hardcore fans and casuals would expect her visual productions eagerly, because everyone knew it was going to be this huge thing. It was a big part of her appeal as an artist . 

And her last... SEVERAL releases just couldn't hold up to her legacy, for many reasons .

🩷 Jazz albums with modest visuals

🖤 Folk inspired album with modest visuals

🩷 Crime film video with modest visuals 

🖤 ARTPOP was cut early and had a full cancelled video and only two visuals 

🩷 Chromatica had only 3 videos, and out of those, only 1 became memorable  

And now Mayhem has, again, just three videos, and two of them are quite modest . I understand that, in the past, this situation was completely out of her control, and she couldn't do anything about it. Health issues, pandemic, label decisions, etc. 

But for Mayhem, all the stars seem alligned for her to be at the top of her game again, and she is, and she's delivering on every area, except for the videos, which in my opinion are a key element to her brand . I do not complain, because the live show was so cinematic and spectacular, that I'm honestly satisfied with that, she outdid herself. 

BUT, it is impossible not to think about the fact that the Mayhem experience could've been EVEN GREATER, with better music videos. Only Abracadabra was like... a true GAGA video so far, I wish she would make at least one more . But whatever, I'm ok with the show that we got.

There was a video posted of something being filmed and you could hear a snippet of what sounds like a new song.

The thing is that if they weren't going to push Abracadabra agressively (as they should've), they should've keep releasing singles... I feel like at this point it's too late for Garden Of Eden, Vanish Into You and HBDUWM. The smartest (and most logical) move would be pushing Zombieboy with Wednesday and then releasing Dead Dance when Part 2 comes out with the alleged Zombieboy/Dead Dance music video they shot in Mexico to give Zombieboy one final push around that time and a strong start to Dead Dance

I think that's the most realistic thing right now (if they really shot that music video)

And it was for the better... I hate basic tour music videos. If she releases her HBDUWM performance in the Mayhem Ball as a music video, it would be a terrible decision. It doesn't even add something interesting to her videography. As far as I remember the Gypsy video would've been something very similar if not the same

Gypsy was clearly intended as a single at some point. She performed it on television, and the song was a highlight of the album. Apparently her sister's boyfriend made this: 

 it is official, just not... something that her label put out. It's official footage, put together by people close to her, just not really an official music video pushed by her label. Think of it as a "Cake Like Lady GaGa" kind of film, it comes from her, without any label support.
