I’ve managed to avoid most videos of songs & only saw photos of the new interludes so it’s still a bit of a surprise when I go. I’m going London Night 1  & Manchester

It’s an evolution of the same show, and I just know I’m glad I know that now so that I wouldn’t go into it expecting something new when it’s a revamp. I just think it’s a disservice to try and tell people it’s so different when it’s really not.

but it is different, revamped but with lots of differences

I watched it start to finish. Act 3 and 4 are slightly changed. I don’t wanna give spoilers since the OP is trying to avoid them - but some costume and set changes on virtually the same songs just doesn’t feel that revolutionary to me. I understand you may feel differently. But to me, if you only saw Coachella, you probably wouldn’t feel like you were missing out by not going to the Mayhem Ball - which I think is pretty indicative of something that hasn’t been changed too radically.

Yeah by the way most have described it I consider it a different show almost all together. Like how can you say that after the second act the whole thing is different and then tell me it’s the same lolol. I guess it depends on what you consider “different”. Maybe an outfit change and different lighting is not “different enough” for some; but to me it is. 
 

if she either: changes the look and feel of the song, adds props, different interludes, changes the choreo and outfit, or changes the songs’s arrangement or position in the setlist, mamá that’s a different ass production haha. And it looks like a decent chunk maybe even half of the show suffered either of the things I personally consider “different”

yes its def not just an outift change, some acts are completely different in every possible way.
