Hi monsters!

So, I’ll be attending the Mayhem Ball in London and I have wanted to avoid spoilers until then in order to surprise myself more. However, since until last night we were not sure if the tour would be different, I was thinking if it was even worth doing the effort if it ends up being the same as TAOPC shows.

So, without spoilers, those of you who already saw it, is this tour different enough that it is worth it going blind? Is it like a revamped Coachella set with different setlist, make up, looks, stage props? Or is this like 80-90% the same show it’s just a few changes here and there?

Also, sorry if another thread like this one already exists. I’m avoiding the forums like a plague :ladyhaha:

Thanks! And hope that anyone who attended last night had fun!

I would rather be surprised when going to see it as well but I did look up the set list, just to be sure I wouldn't be disappointed from expecting some of the songs she did at Coachella etc. Question is how much I'll be able to avoid until Oct... ;)

She performs one song in particular that will make you go crazy at the show

A close friend of mine told me because he was so excited and asked for permission to share. I caved cause I thought 1 of 20+ songs out of order would not be much of a spoiler, so I think I know which one you’re referring to haha.

Personally I’m not a fan of that song, but I do agree people probably went crazy. It’s a cute inclusion and it shows she’s listening to what the fans want. the only other song I wanted to know about was a Mayhem track and I’m also relieved it’s included.

Also, are there any outfits similar to the one she wore during Killah? My sister is coming with me and she has some weird aversion to the fabric of that particular look. I guess it looks like scales or something and she cannot look at it at all lol

Well no. It is never worth it imho

Going in blind vs going in with knowledge? It's easy choice, the latter won. It will help you to enjoy the show more when you know what to expect. A concert is not some book or movies with plot twists that will ruin your experience and enjoyment when you know spoilers. Even some books or movies that are too deep are better if you know the spoiler beforehand, especially for type of people who can't easily decipher storylines and hints easily.

To each their own! There’s nothing better for me than the first seconds where you recognize a song. I can’t feel that if I know the order.

To me, the difference is not enough to consider it a different show to enjoy. The extra things add to the show are not the impactful either, its just extra random stuff. The only thing you would enjoy and be surprised by is maybe the setlist?

I think if you enjoyed the Coachella show, you will love this tour version of the show. The added songs are sooo much fun and if you don't know they're coming next, you will get a kick of adrenaline each time when you see the show!
While I think the other changes to the show are pretty minimal on paper, my jaw fell to the floor by every single one. So look forward to the Coachella show and then be gagged in person!

Honestly the only real surprise was changes to the set list. I wouldn’t say it’s different enough to warrant avoiding spoilers if you have already watched Coachella or any of the mini tour videos. Theres some new visuals that add to the show to make it a more complete gaga ball tour

No. Completely different outfits for Killah this time.

Why are people saying it’s basically the same show?? Acts 1 and half of 2 are basically the same but from there the show is completely different except a few moments.

If you manage to avoid spoilers you will be surprised because it is indeed different. But I don’t know how it would be possible to avoid spoilers until then

Eh I mean you know there’s gonna be theatrics and looks and vocals I don’t think it’s worth holding yourself back if you’re curious to know the setlist or watch clips
