Honestly I love the encore. It feels like what an encore used to actually be - an extra done by the band as a thank you to a great crowd. 
The whole undressing and getting into her comfy clothes and then walking back on stage doing the song is so fun.

I'm very happy that she chose to shorten some songs, in that way we get many more songs than she usually does when she plays everything in full. I know some people are not fan of that but I'm glad she's doing it now, keeps the show going in a faster pace with more songs.

I gotta say, I do miss when she spoke to the audience more like back in the Monster Ball days were fans threw a ton of gifts, she sometimes read letters and stuff like that.. wonder why that changed, I think she only spoke to the audience for like 2 minutes on this one..

She tends to open up more as the tour goes on and it becomes more routine and 2nd nature. 

I've seen it with loads of acts tbf, where they look and act more relaxed as the tour goes on
