I think its a mistake not to have them at stadiums and if there's standing in arenas.

When its fully seated I think it matters less. 

Personally, I'd prefer to always have a warm up.

I've also been trying to understand lately why she chose arenas over stadiums, especially because I personally think that an artist of her caliber makes an even bigger impression when performing in massive stadiums, like she did on her last tour. But I was talking to a friend of mine who works in logistics, and he told me that it's not necessarily true that the final profits (meaning what Gaga and her team actually take home) are higher with stadium shows compared to arena shows.

Stadiums come with extremely high rental costs. On top of that, logistics, security, and handling unexpected issues (including bad weather that can lead to cancellations) are all much more expensive. Then there’s the cost of building a stage that fits a stadium, which requires larger structures, more lighting, and additional special effects. In fact, it's known that in some cases, artists barely break even when they perform in stadiums. So doing stadium shows doesn't always mean making more money.

That said, considering Gaga’s health situation, doing fewer dates in stadiums might have been the better choice. Personally, I also prefer the stadium atmosphere, a concert with 80,000 people in a massive open space just feels different. Tho I can’t wait to see what the actual show looks like in a smaller venue!
