I want it now but realistically they are probably releasing the potential deluxe at the end of august to coincide with gaga's Wednesday appearance. Unless it's a standalone release, which I doubt because "dead dance" is something that thematically fits MAYHEM, "dance or die" from Abracadabra and MAYHEM touches on topics like death many times. Tour will start soon and that will keep her in the spotlight, we just need a bit more patience for the earth shattering deluxe she will give us (CSTH and KFL must be added too ). I'm delulu and still hoping for Folie à Deux (the song) to get something in the visual media category.
