This is pure speculation, but I'd imagine that her and her team have been so locked in right now re: Coachella, Copacabana, etc. that they've got this down to a science and don't need as long to rehearse.

Professional artists tends to have 2 or 3 of the same stage so they can ship one to the next city, unlike Shakira who always cancelling cos of her stage

it's a waste of time and manpower when t-mobile arena is 4 minute by car from mgm arena

And more than that.. MGM Arena has Cirque Du Soleil and 5 more shows of different artists tonight, so this one is the occupied one

I mean, we literally see artists have to cancel full blown concerts due to scheduling conflicts at the venue, so the idea that Gaga’s team doesn’t have access to the space for rehearsals leading up to opening night isn’t really that wild lol
