I mean, you're talking about a difference of ~4% in any given survey which is well within the margin of error. 

For example, polls asking if people supported discrimination protections for LGBTQ people (80% said yes in 2022, 76% said yes in 2023).

Much of that can be attributed to right wing and older citizens digging in their heels and showing their true colors.

Support continues to rise among young Americans across the political spectrum and Democrats/leftists where most polls show a pitiful ~10% of them that disagree with things like same sex marriages.

The apparent dip can be explained away with margins of error and the far right becoming more emboldened. LGBTQ equality is still extremely popular and that's very unlikely to change.
