Male birth control on the horizon

Just came across a neat YouTube short talking about a new male birth control that's being developed and has already had some trials. It's called ADAM 

It takes about half an hour under local anesthesia to inject this gel into the vas deferens:

Which has been shown to block 99%-100% of sperm:

Any sperm that are blocked naturally degrade and are reabsorbed by the body. The gel itself has a lifespan of ~2 years before it liquefies and is itself absorbed into the body.

Nearly all female based birth control is highly invasive, potentially dangerous, or hormonal (the pill). ADAM is none of the above

I wonder what kind of cultural pushback this'll have among the "alpha males" though  seems they'd rather women be cut open, twisted in knots, and given drugs before they even put a thin layer of latex on their d*cks to not accidentally create a human

Eh, condoms can break and a lot of men are so insecure about their size that they buy condoms that are too big which leads to leakage and possible baby making
