No Summer Song(s) For 2025??

What do you think of this? 
 

Are there reasons why there haven't been been any viral/popular summer song(s) like it used to this year??

Like, last year alone, there are more than one. (365, Espresso, Birds of A Feather, Not Like Us, Shaboozey)

Does the current timeline, politically and generally, too bleak for one? Or is there just no good music coming out this summer?? Or are there other reasons?

Is this a sign that music industry is not okay at the moment?

P.S. as a southern hemisphere inhabitant I've always found this 'song of the summer' thing irritating because it's literally winter here and we always get the 'summer songs' in winter because America decides that they dictate what songs come out and when   so there's always this crazzzy hype online about summer song this hit of the summer that and I'm over here at home freezing cold in front of the heater in the pitch black night time at 5pm

But don't you guys get summer songs from your local artists? It's winter here too, and we always have a "summer smash", during our actual summer, that's generally by a latin american artist. For a couple years straight, every summer hit in Argentina was by a brazillian artist, for whatever reason, and we had these timeless hits: 

 

Honestly they were so good, Brasil should do the summer songs for all countries, they just do it better, IDK
