I mean Wikipedia is just a public crowd sourced repository, there are no editors. Any one of you could have put it there.  Anyone could put anything they want in there.

Yeah no, that list doesn’t make sense. There’s no point of making a list if the category isn’t specific enough. 
It has songs that are either considered “outsider music”, music that was critically panned, music that’s meant to be satirical, and songs that aren’t meant to be taken seriously ex. My Humps. 

Also, out of all songs the author put this masterpiece on the list?!
