Never heard of Cannes Lions but a quick google search ai overview gave me:

"The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is widely regarded as the most prestigious awards event in the global advertising and marketing industry. Winning a Cannes Lion is a significant achievement that is seen as a benchmark for creative excellence and a career-defining moment for agencies and individuals."

But of course this award is given to Mastercard, so not sure if it could be counted towards gaga's achievement
