maybe? it's hard to tell with stuff like this because the og song isn't well known in the GP so it's considered an "obscure" reference and like zev said the melodies/keys are not necessarily identical, so it could be a coincidence. But it also could be deliberate. I'm not saying yes and i'm not saying no haha. Nice find !

This is kind of off topic, but I find ironic how both Gaga and Marina made a Hollaback Girl inspired song and that both songs outdid Hollaback Girl.

It’s most likely an arpeggio setting with the music software, instead of a sample. But yeah, it’s definitely hitting the same
