He's literally lead Gaga dancer in all of those events mentionned. She decided to put him in the front picture (the dancer picked to dance with her in Abra music video and Tudum perfomance, him having dance breaks during her shows in Rio and Coachella; 

He's definitely her new Mark / Jeremy / Asiel. Like 100%

Omg really? I love Gagita but sometimes some of her dancers are too cute to ignore. My favorite one right now is Kelvin.

He is incredibly sexy, but also THE NICEST guy!  Met him a decade ago in Vancouver and he was genuinely an amazing person to talk to.
