Sabrina is not reinventing anything, yet the discourse right now suggests otherwise. It’s like we had been so inundated with sex in media and have become so desensitized by it, we have gone full circle and now find any sexual suggestion to be provocative again. Madonna literally eating ass and being in a sex sling would send the internet on fire even today. I guess nothing has really changed decades later. I also think about how the fashion industry has been neutered. Gone are the days of Tom Ford’s Gucci and his namesake fragrance campaigns.
