If she's signed to a label, it's very unlikely that will happen. Maybe if she pays for recording sessions, producers, etc..., she can do that. Like Dead Petz 

Has she ever complained about lack of promo from her label? Because if she doesn't want to promote her projects, the label should be free to refuse no promo for her, they aren't a charity

I'm sure the execs at Columbia love reading these statements  the way they relaunched her commercial career with her biggest ever hit and... nothing came after that. I like Miley, I think Plastic Hearts was one of the best albums in the 20's but she's being really annoying with the rollout this era and the music is not it on top of that.
