While I still think Gaga will lead the conversation in the Pop Categories, it definitely destabilizes her lead. If She is able to spawn another Espresso, it could become a challenge for Gaga. I really hope not. Sabrina will release much later though, so I hope for a Die With A Smile situation, where the album and singles success don’t manage to build up to their peak until the end of the year, making it miss certain marks at the Grammys. And Gaga’s overall larger dominance since February (and hopefully the rest of the year) should prevent Sabrina from overtaking her. 
 

It is NOW more than ever, that Gaga’s team NEED TO MOVE and keep the era alive.

She is fine. Her team is fine. The record company that has her under contract is fine. We are in fact allowed to get excited about other music, even if some chart puts her lower than another artist

Yea and? What did this post accomplish? Making someone feel ridiculous for being enthusiastic about pop culture in a pop forum? Do things work out for you when you act like that?

There's a clear push by Interscope for Gaga to win an AOTY, SOTY or ROTY this year.

And he's not wrong saying this release 1 day before Grammy eligibility muddys the waters for Gaga's and MAYHEM chances, Sabrina's team is clearly trying to position themselves to win something.

Gaga could (and probably) still win because she’ll have more time to explore Mayhem than Sabrina will. And Sabrina already won Pop Vocal Album last year. Winning it back to back is not typical. But it now pretty much brings down Gaga’s chance at AOTY, cause the pop voters will split. Similar to Kendrick and Tyler The Creator, Gaga’s chances are no back to square one, and Gaga’s square one is Kendrick’s win.

The song is really mid and it's pulling these numbers
