She's not just championing separation of trans athletes from cis athletes (which to be clear, shouldn't be done) - her goal is to erradicate trans healthcare altogether and force trans people out of existence. It's is not a matter of differing opinions when one of the opinions is 'these people shouldn't exist on their terms'.

You got me there tho, I'm not pro free speech in it's truest form, because that implies fredom of spreading disinformation which is what she does - I don't think that should be allowed, especially when one has a platform as large as hers - that should absolutely not work 'both ways'.
