Chances of getting professional recording of coachella or cabana?

The show was just too good not to get professionally released. It's a career highlight and is miles better than the chromatica ball. 

Does anyone know if the shows were filmed / is it even legally possible to release festival performances on film or do they have contracts to gatekeep it? 

Releasing it in cinemas would be so iconic

I mean…the shows were filmed, that’s how we saw them lol. They may have had some auxiliary cameras for B footage, but I imagine if they professionally release either, it would likely be more refined versions of what we’ve seen. As far as rights, in both instances, Gaga owns the rights to the show itself and that’s actually part of the reason Coachella specifically only posted a few songs (because the artist, at the end of the day, owns the footage). As far as Rio, Madonna just uploaded her set in 4K on YT, so Gaga probably is free to do what she wants with any footage of her show as well.
