Might alter certain segments.

Or this dancer was hired for only these shows and won't join the tour.

She might just mean last time in Singapore.

Or she might not be going on the tour.

i mean this is the same woman who revamped the entire Monster Ball after only a couple months. i don’t know for sure what i think, but it’s not impossible that the tour will have some changes

i’m a woman, i insist, it’s my life ♀

Possibly one of these scenarios.

But of course we never know. I’m game for whatever delights she bestows upon us

Last show at the opera house tonight before we hit the road for the tour.  She's on the tour guys the show is different confirmed. She also said "1 more show in the tragic wig" so its not just the last show in Singapore.

The Opera Haus is a great show. Glad I witnessed it in the flesh!

Looking forward to a new show for the Ball

Even though it was the best Gaga show I've ever seen...

I really hope the tour will be something new. It'll be the first time I'll see Gaga live after 16 years of dreaming about it. I want EVERYTHING to be as big of a surprise for me as possible - the concept, the looks, the setlist especially, I'd love to not know what to expect!

I've been getting messages from my deep waters

Do you guys see plausible she would make from scratch an entire different concept, production, set, musical arrangement, etc. in less than two months?

There should be no doubt of it at this point.

#1 The posters are different

#2 The name for the concerts are different

#3 The opera house concept is designed for stadiums, the Mayhem Ball is an arena tour (except for Australia which presumably will have an adapted version of the arena concept)

#4 The announcement itself promises arena-specific details. The opera concept was designed with Coachella and stadiums in mind.

#5 Gaga's work ethic both in the past and in recent times suggests she's not content with repeating and recycling creative concepts

#6 This is confirmation of it lol

Didn’t Gaga herself say she’s been preparing for this tour non stop, in a recent interview with variety?

Doesn’t the stage layout on Ticketmaster confirm that the poker face performance won’t be done for the arena shows?

At this point, I would tend to think yes. I’m also fairly sure everything is already well underway production and concept wise, a couple months to rehearse a tour is pretty much the norm.

That's the amount of time they had to plan and implement Coachella, according to Paris, so yes it's definitely plausible.

So yeah some changes could happen in the setlist. But the scenery will be back, it has been confirmed by the guy who made the set.

All the designer said was 'yes' to if his set pieces are being toured. She has toured them - at Coachella, in Brazil, in Mexico and Singapore. Doesn't mean they'll be used for the ball.
