I am not hating. But just mathematically it seems wild to me he can't seem to manage a second hit single. Yet has so much of an audience he can sell out a tour. 

Often it's the reverse. People buy hits but then can't move tickets because they don't have an organic audience.

Gaga sells out stadiums but can't manage "hits" either. She's obviously wildly successful and her newer hits have longevity, but most people wouldn't even list Shallow or DWAS if they were asked about Gaga they'd say BTW or Bad Romance or Paparazzi. 

 

It's not a super long tour and I could imagine those are all smaller arenas. On top of that, there's probably resellers and I believe he needs to move 85% of tickets to call it sold out. Several dates are in amphitheaters still. Xcel Arena has a capacity of 20k, and probably only 15k of that is open for the show. 

 

Also, I'm not going. I just paid $80 to see him in the PIT for his last tour last October. $350 for floor seats is crazy.

Good for him. Saw him at Coachella, he is so good live. 

I have no hate for him. He can really sing, and afaik he doesn't show tendencies to be racist, homophobic, transphobic, or misogynistic .

Gaga sells out stadium coz she has multiple hits, as you have mentioned, so I don’t get the argument or analogy between Ben’s and Gaga’s.

Lady Gaga have monster hits one after another during her debut or breakout. Not only 1 known song, but multiple chart topping songs - Globally. 

and that’s a lie when you said she can’t manage to have “hits” since no one will associate her newer songs with her name…. DWAS or Shallow or even ARUTW. Because here in SEA, you’ll find lots of GP that will go to her concert just for those ballad classics. 
And lest you forget, DWAS is way larger than BT.

Gaga sells out US stadiums without recent US chart smashes. IE artists don't need to perform well charts wise to sell out concerts.
