Are you saying there will never be another Gaga in terms of her unique talent, or based on her achievements? There will obviously be bigger achievemnts than Gaga in the future. Also, these achievements really mean nothing, Michael Jackson is bigger than all of them and hasnt achieved what Katy Perry and Gaga achieved.

Of course there won't. Just as there won't be another Madonna. Or another Michael.
But there will be something else! And it's important that we embrace that when the time comes instead of clinging to "Well Gaga did this back in the day". They all walked so that Gaga could fly. And she's done the same for a whole new generation of artists, and probably more to come

But I'm tired of people undermining Gaga, you and I have been conditioned for over 10 years to think of Gaga as a pop star that only had a big "a moment", that flopped after BTW, many people wrote her off, then she proved everyone wrong with ASIB.

Now, 16 years deep into her career she's delivering arguably her BEST era, and her BEST album, reaching streaming numbers that not even hot new acts can achieve, only Bad Bunny is doing better than us worldwide on streaming, this when a few years ago everyone called her streaming poison, doing this 16 years after your debut is unheard off if you're name isn't Taylor swift, that's how impressive this is.

And I genuinely believe she's the best artist of the 21st century, let's stop even comparing Katy to Gaga one is a tiny moment in history, the other will be a part of history.

I did not compare Gaga to Katy, and I did not undermine Gaga. My main point is these achievements dont mean anything, thats why Katy Perry achieved historical things, and even surpassed MJ and Mariah, yet she has zero impact and is forgotten.

While I agree about her as an individual, people used to say this about artists like Madonna and Janet back in the day and then along came Beyoncé and Gaga who’ve arguably outdone them in every aspect of their careers.

We won’t have another female popstar with the tenacity of a male rockstar and someone who is so eclectic. But we definitely will get another hard working female popstar who carved her own lane.

And you KNOW Gaga is gonna be massively supportive of anyone who takes her as inspiration (she already has been with people like Sam Smith, Cardi B etc) but we won’t see her true successor for another few decades I think.
