Yeah she looks better than ever!

I think she should stay like this, but if her goal is to look younger, her age does show a bit around her nose. Focusing on her nose instead of fillers is better in my opinion.

Zendaya, Doechii, A$ap Rocky, Rihanna, and Charli were my faves. Overall a pretty good night and theme. I feel like I liked a lot more looks this year than I did from last year’s.

I like this so much more than her actual look. The color, texture, and pattern of that coat were so missing from this event. It's perfect for the theme. Plus the subversion of Sabrina the bodysuit miniskirt princess in a standard black tie, white shirt, and wide black slack. This look has so much more sauce.

She looked great in the look she walked in wearing, but this is so much better.

As predicted, a really boring night as most people just interpreted it as "wear a suit, ideally pinstripe." And assumed "black dandyism" meant "wear black." It was, as many pointed out, very funerial, even the carpet was dark, so it blended in with what a lot of people were wearing. Major misfire on the choice of theme this year, giving us too little to work with. If it was just an all-round "showcase African American style trends," there would have been endless opportunities but it chose to focus on one era and one very specific style, so it was always going to result in this. And, as also predicted, a lot of white celebrities were too afraid to really go to town with this theme lest they be accused of cultural appropriation or offensiveness. I'm kinda glad Gaga didn't go now as this theme wouldn't have allowed her the chance to let loose. So many A-listers were no-shows this year for whatever reason which hopefully means that they'll make up for it next year. 

Nevertheless, here were my top faves:

Female outfits:

Tessa Thompson, Doja Cat, Regina King, Doechii, Joey King, Mindy Kaling, Lupita Nyong'o, Jennie Kim, Zendaya, Coco Jones, Teyana Taylor, Jodie Turner-Smith

And the worst:

Halle Berry, Vera Wang, Pamela Anderson, Emma Chamberlain, Hailey Baldwin, Tory Burch

Male outfits:

Pharrell Williams, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Jeremy O. Harris, Alton Mason

And the worst:

Literally anyone who just wore a suit with no embellishments. It was actually a chance for men to shine this year while still wearing an easy suit and most of them still didn't bring it.
