So this kinda breaked the magic for meI hate when they rehearse in front of crowd and specially for this type of major events…(gotta keep legend status intact)…+ Copacabana is literally Coachella and Mayhem Ball same show…I was hoping maybe for a new entrance/outfit/look/wig…but is OK.

This wasn’t a dress rehearsal (from what I can see) so there’s still chance of a new look I suppose.

i expect it to be the same show though. The only crumb of optimism is the alleged extra half hour…

I don't remember there being anywhere near as much attention or hype for Madonna's rehearsals. 

That is definitely Madonna's stage so it's likely from a rehearsal.

I think GaGa is not doing that because this show is like a theatre play. It has a very specific story, and each song serves the narrative. 

I think the only spot she has to add songs is the piano segment, so whatever "extra" song she might add, it'll probably have to be acoustic. 

This. She has a specific storyline she's following, with the segments divided into certain acts. People don't go to a Broadway musical or an opera expecting new songs to be added. People know the storyline and music and still watch it over and over for the performance itself. 

I agree that the piano segment could be where she adds more music, such as she did with "Blade of Grass" in Mexico. 

Personally, I'd be upset if I missed out on that Mother Ginger-esque red dress from Bloody Mary/Abra/Judas or the campy dancing skeletons from Zombieboy. And even the Poker Face chessboard will be cool for those viewing from the balconies.
