Kanye producers threaten to take down 'Donda 2' over nonpayment

Kanye West released "Donda 2" on all streaming platforms yesterday, until Wednesday, 2022 "Donda" sequel was only available for fans through the Stem Player, but now a couple producers want the album snatched down over nonpayment.

On Wednesday morning, West posted a screenshot on X of texts appearing to show producers on the album complaining about the album’s release, and accusing West of owing them money, including “Boogz” also alleging their lawyers are working on taking the album down.

West released the album to streaming platforms while on a livestream with the popular streamer Sneako and far-right streamer Nick Fuentes, who has spread antisemitic conspiracy theories and once dined with West and President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

West, who has previously said “streams are fake and the French and Jewish record labels treat artists like prostitutes,” has strayed from streaming platforms in recent years and initially made “Donda 2” available only on a music playing device he co-developed called the “Stem Player,” which frustrated fans for its $200 price tag.

A lot of the diehards started turning on him after the gay cousin molesting story the other week. 

Not because he implied the cousin was younger.

Not because of the nazism.

His fanbase is a delusional cult full of horrible people. I stopped following Kanye actively when he first made pro Nazi statements and it's not like the music is even good anymore. He has been creatively washed since Donda.

I could see that argument if Yeezuz, Life of Pablo, Ye and Kid See Ghosts did not exist, it's kinda absurd how many classics he has. People can say whatever they want about Kanye now but his run up until Jesus is King might be the greatest in the history of hip hop which makes what he has turned into even more sad.
