Exactly. I’ve been working in events and have friends in the industry, and when I tell you these shows are literally pop up shows I’m not kidding. 
 

Obviously they had ideas and concepts/meetings to create the show months in advance, but the actual getting-down-to-business, learning the choreos, tailoring the outfits, rehearsals, shooting interludes and editing them pretty much always happen right before the tour.

Well the whole thing was inspired in the Abracadabra video and aesthetic, so it was after that for sure. Rehearsals even after. The time frame seems plausible. Probably production was many months ago, hiring, recording some playback stuff, etc. 

Gaga will never prepare something 6 months before. She's a theater girl. In theater it works like that, the work is done max one month before.

She had the interviews to shoot, magazines, wednesday show... The music videos

exactly. I think it's because of the beyonce homecoming documentary. But i can't believe she actually started rehearsing with that much time in advance. She probably meant the whole production phase. I don't remember the exact quote.

Like Gaga is still playing the piano with a sheet music or with  a chord chart. The musical rehearsals might have actually started a week before Coachella, then one general and one dress rehearsal and the thing is live. The whole crew has other things to do, they can't have all this people standing there for her show only. As with every production ever.

People keep saying "well she has 2 months as well inbetween Singapore & The Mayhem Ball". 

A very different 2 months. 

The 2 months prior to Coachella etc were 2 months *after* a period where she hadn't been performing & touring regularly or comparable bodily stresses. 

She's a woman with a chronic illness. I seriously doubt she will get off stage in Singapore and not take a rest break before the Mayhem Ball but instead go straight into rehearsals for 2 months.

Absolutely. There's just no way they'll go back to rehearsals. I mean, two days before could be possible. 

Gaga now has some days off once in a while. It's clear from her appearances, but she's still always in mode on. Actually the most logical thing for them to change anything would be the days they're staying in Singapore, surely the whole crew will be there, which is the best opportunity to prepare something new, if it happens

Interesting..

I guess looking back the "Abracadabra" mv really did take a lot of time to get just right. I also suspect they were planning things for RIO before Coachella too? Maybe

Ugh her power. If the Gageesh says she wants something done, she gets it done exactly her way. That's why she only needs 2 months, miss thing need only ask once. The other girlies are simply not on her level.

I think she meant rehearsals. There’s no way the whole thing took 2 months. All those visuals, the updated mixing, the outfits, etc
