News of the signing came from Foundations Music partner Drew Simmons, who has served as Noah Kahan’s manager for over a decade. “Thrilled to be working with @chappellroan — it’s an honor to welcome her to @foundations,” he wrote on Instagram. Founded in New York in 2001, Foundations touts a roster that includes Rebecca Black, Laufey, Noah Kahan.
