It went from fun to reminiscent of that time I got called a bigot 'cause I asked a member to be less...descriptive about his affairs with his brother that his mom didn't approve of.

A thread like this always occurs when the site is down for a few hours. Something about the downtime causes everyone to let their freak flag fly.

That reality is the case for a lot of people, it's easy to see a few select accounts and think this is the way it is but most of us were awkward messes in high school. Speaking as a straight female who was going through my awkward stage (though most of it was self-inflicted as I looked upon it as armour and felt like school didn't deserve the true me), boys weren't remotely interested in me, bullied me or just saw me as someone to be babied and pitied. But I did know I had the body underneath my very conservative school uniform and they weren't blind so I knew I had that going for me at least. The only brief moment of quiet contentment I had was when I heard a boy say out of earshot, but not quietly enough for me not to hear: "That (insert my full name), she's got a nice arse." For the record, I was 12. Early developer and didn't I know it. And now J-Lo ain't got nothing on me.

My friends found out I had a man after my cover gf outed me and I managed to lie through my teeth and convince them he went to the other highschool in town while trying not to get caught making eyes at him in the hall or sneaking kisses when we thought no one was looking

I haven't watched it  

I did watch Trixie and Katya watching it on their YouTube show, it looks cute but I have a hard time getting into a series  

LGBTQ/coming of age stories do hit though

I truly recommend it to you, I also had a hard time getting into series before but you'll love it
