Urban VPN, set your IP to brazil then go to globo and register by using a google account, make sure the account on your explorer is the same account you used to register. They will ask for your country and city, just put Brazil and then skip the phone question.

Probably because of heavy traffic. The VPN I use regularly was being problematic too, so I started checking all the free options. Crossing my fingers it works til the end of the show!
