i like the pacing!! im just trying to justify why I think he feels that way about it being fast paced. 

I hate the long piano section, I always said she should divide it into two separate moments and that's what she did! works way better.

I think it's just a preference, I like when an artist takes some time between songs and talks with the crowd a little and when you're able to sing the bridges and everything that you like in the song, you know? I just have never been a big fan of medleys and radio edits and I think that's what threw me off a little about Coachella. My boyfriend on the other hand, who is not a fan of Gaga, liked the fast paced aspect of it. He watched a little of Coachella with me and he liked that she was energetic. He was like "oh her show looks like it's more upbeat, Madonna in 2009 was barely on stage and almost put me to sleep" and I was like 'JACKPOT he's gonna leave loving her'

I LOVE when gaga talks, and I hope she did it more like in her tours up until the artrave. By pacing I mean how the songs roll into eachother and dont drag at all. The chromatica ball was also mostly song after song but she sang bad romance in FULL, just dance in FULL and Poker Face in FULL just standing there… it was a bit much for me, she could have cut them in half tbh.

What I’m trying to say is… I dont feel like I need to hear 4 minutes of an Alejandro performance unless there’s something else happening that would make it interesting, the 2 minute version is fine to me because you never get to the point of thinking “okay, now what” because she is already singing the next song.

The artrave was perfect in the sense that she mixed some songs with others and cut down some of them to make the performances shorter. But she still spoke A LOT.

Since I saw coachella I always thought a speech would look good after garden of eden (hope she adds that some day) and before alejandro (she already does now). Add that and a few more talking before born this way, before how bad do you want me and during the piano section and It will be perfect.
